Sauvignon blanc, often called “Fumé Blanc”, is a green skinned grape variety which originates from the Bordeaux region of France.

Known as one of the most distinctive grapes, Sauvignon Blanc is a highly aromatic variety that does well in both the old and new world. Depending on the climate, the flavor can range from aggressively grassy to sweetly tropical.
